Non-Nature in Motion: Tokujin Yoshioka

‘Snow’ by Tokujin Yoshioka consists of a 15-meter tank filled with hundreds of kilograms of feathers blown into the air to simulate a snowstorm. The piece is meant to evoke the viewers memories of nature and compare the sheer force of real phenomena in motion versus synthetic representations mechanically operated.
